I towed my 2009 Honda Accord to the pearland location 1714 on 4th of July. I knew my starter was going bad but due to COVID-19 I was pushing getting it repaired. I called the location at 830am on Monday and let them now that I need a new starter. Kevin there told me that his tech would diagnose the problem and call me back. He calls me back in 20 mins and informs me that they check the battery and alternator and tells me the problem is with t starter. Just like I told him. The. He quotes me 900 plus dollars to change it. I found it very excessive and decided not to get the repairs done there. That is when he slaps a $157.80 diagnostic fees on me. I would not mind it if it was discussed. This was a vindictive charge and completely unethical way to do business. I have not been a frequent customer but I did get the same Honda’s A/C work done there along with many services ... you guys are never getting a dime from me again and my friends that live in pearland as I will campaign to make sure as many of my neighbor as I can ... do not ever use your services ..

Getting my car AC and brakes fixed here was my best experience ever with a car repair shop. The manager, Kevin, was amazing. Kind, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed from start to finish. I will be going back.

I continue to be impressed by the customer service, honesty and kindness of the staff. They do free estimates and then actually brought me back to the car so I could see with my own eyes what the problem is. I LOVE the transparency! Their pricing is fair and their service is quick. Can’t recommend them enough!

This is only the second time in my 57 years on this earth that I've bothered to post a negative review, so that should tell you something. My car was doing strange things when I hit the brakes. I wasn't sure if it was actually a break issue or (more likely) a front end issue, so I agreed to pay Driver's $143 to diagnose the problem because that fee would deducted from the cost of repairing the problem. The problem turned out to be the control arms and they wanted just under $1000 to replace them. I know that I can do this work myself in a couple of hours with a couple hundred dollars in parts. One thousand dollars for this repair is insane! Are they charging several hundred dollars an hour for labor? If I had known that their rates were so ridicules, I never would have agreed to the $143 diagnostic fee. I might as well have flushed that money down the toilet.

I would NOT recommend this shop.. I took my car there and they said it was a crank shaft sensor.. cost $970, and takes 4-5 hours work.. I surprised at the price and the guy pretend to try to get me a break and cut it down to $925 by going to a cheaper part vendor.. . Went home and checked online, found the part was only $122 and it took 20 min to get it done on couple of videos. Max cost for them was $250.. for them to charge 4X plus, is just pure and outright THEFT.. I understand they need to make profit, but to claim the part is $250 and takes 4 hours to install @ $145 is just greed. They even wanwted to charge me $70 disposal fee for the old part that was 5 inch plastic part.. Stay Away..

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 They are so friendly and straight to the point. My ac was going in and out in the front but not the back. they found out what is was very quickly. I told them it might be the wires caused from another issue. They found it was only a weak fan motor. It was very reasonably priced on top of getting me in immediately. I recommend them 10x's over.
